What if I don't want the product anymore?​

First, you should NOT request more than you are willing to buy.

So please think about how many requests you are submitting. Those who abuse the system will get banned as it's something we're cracking down on now.

If you have requested too many product deals and want to remove some please see the details below.

Q: How do I remove my request BEFORE being approved?

  1. Click on the "Deals Requests" link on the top right of the page.
  2. Find the product in your list of requested products.
  3. If you haven't yet been approved for the product deal, it will say "Pending" in the Status column.
    1. If it says 'Pending' go to the next step.
    2. If it says 'Approved', please see the next question.
  4. To remove your request, click on the green "Remove Request" button in the far-right column.
  5. The product will now disappear from your list.

Q: How do I cancel a product AFTER I've been approved?

After you have been approved for a product you still have the option to accept or decline the voucher.
If you have been approved you will see the pending status under the "Voucher" column replaced with two buttons:
  • A green button to “Accept Voucher”
  • A red button to “Decline Voucher”
The majority of the time you will press “Accept Voucher”, after accepting the voucher will receive the code and it will be shown in this section.
However if you decide you no longer want this product or voucher, you can press “Decline Voucher”, you will not receive the code and this will remove the request from your dashboard.

Q: How do I cancel a product AFTER I've accepted a voucher?

We wouldn't expect you to be doing this very often and that if you do need it, it is for a good reason that you need to cancel a purchase after you've been approved. First, you will need to contact the seller by following these instructions:

  1. Click on the "Deals Requests" link on the top right of the page.
  2. Find the product in your list of requested products.
  3. Locate the seller's email in the Product column under 'Seller contact'.
  4. Send the seller a detailed email that explains your reason for wanting to cancel the product. 
    • This is so the seller can assist you if there was an issue with the code/Price; or
    • Re-allocate that code to another potential shopper.
  5. Return to your Vipon account.
  6. Click on 'Report a Problem'.Enter the details of why you couldn't complete the purchase.
  7. Click 'Submit'.
    • This information will be stored in the backend of our system against your account. We will not respond to these submissions.
  8. Then 'Hide Request'.
    Note: Please do not over use this function. This comes back to the point of please don't over request products that you can't purchase within 48 hours.
